Corruption cannot be eradicated but can be phased out in a systematic way by making e-literate citizens active partners in training and sharing knowledge about various e-resources with e-illiterate citizens. The best example that can be cited is corruption was rampant in my childhood as far as railway ticket booking was concerned but today with http://irctc.co.in , we have managed to stem the rot to 90% and this is a great achievement by any standards. I can confidently share that e-Literacy and e-governance at grass root levels and real time networking are the ideal tools to phase out corruption.
