Thank you for the invite,Before we suggest a ban for the plastic carry bags, we need to support the citizen with the basic alternative.If GHMC can issue a guideline to all in the government and private sector stating and putting a big ads and banners everywhere that " NONE SHOULD FLUSH CONDOMS, GUTKHA PACKETS,SANITARY NAPKINS, SHAMPOO SATCHETS IN THEIR HOMES , PUBLIC PLACES OR IN THEIR OFFICES".90% of the hazard will be through and why are we talking of only PLASTIC BAGS which is a necessary impediment for the common man at all points.
PLASTIC AND CORRUPTION IN GOVERNMENT - GHMC SECTOR GO HAND IN HAND ,THE DAY CORRUPTION IS BANNED OR PHASED OUT EVEN PLASTIC WILL GO,
KINDLY PROVIDE THE DRAINAGE AND SEWERAGE WORKER WITH PROPER GLOVES,NOSE MASK ,BOOTS When he gets into the dreaded HYDERABAD SEWERS to clean and please provide them with cashless hospitalization insurance for their entire family and doing this "THANKLESS JOB" .

The Hon'ble Mayor, GHMC is inviting us to a consultation on proper implementtion of the ban of plastic carry bags in Hyderabd city. Therefore, we invite the office-bearers of the RWAs to join us in the Panwar hall on first floor in GHMC building on Saturday, the 11th June, 2011at 4 p.m.
